Description
Our Welding Positioner is a versatile piece of equipment specially suited for manipulation of jobs for
positioning or processing. It can be used for automatic or manual welding in several applications such as pipe
horizontal welding , tube end welding , etc. It is also widely used in several industries such as pressure
vessels equipment manufacturing, metallurgy, power plants, chemical industry & so on. T-slots are provided
on the work table to clamp the job so that it can be manipulated. The speed of table rotation can be varied,
between the limits specified by the customer, through a Variable Speed (V.V.F) Drive provided for the
equipment. Also, a suitable angle of tilt, as specified by the end user, can be imparted to the work table for
manipulating & positioning of the job. The angle of tilt obtained can be measured by means of a degree scale
provided on the machine itself.
It is fabricated with heavy sections which avoid defection under loaded conditions resulting in vibration free
and smooth operation. Anti-fall arrangement for face plates gives additional safety. Positive locking tilting
arrangement with instant braking arrangement ensures safety and accurate positioning.
