Description
Our The SPECIAL PURPOSE HORIZONTAL MILLING MACHINE is meant for cutting of bunch of copper
conductors protruding from the 3rd bend and face milling of conductors of large size turbo generator winding
bars. The machine is provided with an independent fixed vice table separately grouted on the floor with
reference to cutter head spindle. The cutter head has three axis movement ,all motorizes as well as manual
with screw nut. The cutter head is driven by 3HP,AC motor through 3 step V pulley & belt for three different
cutter speeds.
The main spindle of the cutter head has an ISO40 hollow to hold the cutter spindle with M16 draw bar.
Centralized simple shot manual lubrication arrangement is provided for all the slides and lead screw & nut
assemblies. Tensioning arrangement for V-belt drive and belt guard is provided in the machine .Suitable
safety guard for the circular cutter is also fitted with the cutter head. An Electrical control panel with 110V
control is mounted at a convenient location for operation of the machine.
