VIKRANT has a dedicated & motivated team of young Engineers carrying out all the essential activities under the guidance of experienced engineers who have been associated with the company for more than 15 years. The work force on the shop floor is also highly skilled and have been trained in house by experienced supervisors who have spent their life in the machine building industry. The core strength of VIKRANT is this team of engineers, supervisors and skilled workforce.

VIKRANT has a full-fledged design office with highly experienced designers who have spent their life time in machine design and team of keen young engineers working on latest 2D & 3D design software. All products developed by VIKRANT till date has been designed in-house with external expert assistance wherever required. VIKRANT has a panel of Design consultants in the field of Hydraulics, Automation and Structural fields who help in providing the complete solution for the machine.

In order to attain highest quality of products and achieve customer satisfaction VIKRANT follows all the standard industrial practices that are required to be followed by a machine building company. All major raw materials are tested prior to machining and all manufactured components are inspected thoroughly before they are assembled.After completion of final assembly the machine is subjected to a rigorous internal inspection & trial to ensure that the final product meets all the customer specifications and performance criterion. The Quality Department is well equipped with standard Quality control instruments which are regularly calibrated as per Industry standards. The Quality department operates in close co-ordination with planning and design department.

The Production Planning department is headed directly by the General Manager/Works who is responsible for timely execution of the total project including erection and commissioning of the machine at customer site. The Production Planning department again works in close co-ordination with Design office keeping them informed about all alterations/modifications done during the course of manufacture and assembly so that all relevant drawings are updated accordingly for any future reference and customer support during the lifetime of the machine.
